Cell Tower Action Kit

This Cell Tower "Action Kit" offers an effective collection of informative, useful and active ways for citizens, faced with the fact of an exponential increase of cell towers and antennas in their communities, to inform themselves about the issue and launch affirmative action.

It's important that every municipality have a strong consultation policy which requires open and honest discussion with the City and concerned residents before any towers are sited. Without one, Industry Canada's policies apply, virtually no notification is given, and there is no need for public meetings.

At present,  there is little we can do to fight new installations, but this is one. Demand consultation by having a policy.

Increasingly, individuals and neighbourhoods in communities are rallying together to launch awareness campaigns, and influencing governments at the local level.

EMFs and changes in the Complete Blood Count

Strategy for cell tower opposition - Next-Up Organization

" Here is protocol to apply to those who cannot stop the implementation of a cell tower within 1,000 meters of residence, school or other sensitive area. Test blood, as in protocol, prior to, and then after, installation."

"The radiation in both natural and artificial EMFs (electromagnetic fields) emits energy in quanta, the smallest unit of energy in movement. This is the central principle of quantum theory, which is the basis of quantum mechanics. The amount of energy carried in a photon is calculated according to the frequency, ie the wavelength.

"This energy interacts with all living things including the human body, which is totally bio-electromagnetic. All exchanges within cells, the potential for action in the cell membrane, the neurobiological receptors in the cells, in fact all the information carried by neurotransmitters, which function by electrical currents within the body, interacts with the wavelengths of the external EMFs generated by artificial high and low frequency emissions. The natural EMF of the earth, which is essential to all life, does not upset living organisms because it is continuous and not alternating, thus it does not create charge in the bodies that carry it . . .

" . . . the simplest and most effective way to find out the truth is to have a Complete Blood Count carried out on all the people (men, women and children) living in an area where phone masts are to be installed, once before the site comes into operation and the same again when it has been running for a few months . . .

"It gives individuals and campaign groups a method that is easy to follow for gathering evidence that is valid in court. This should finally convince the health authorities, with the backing of the courts if need be, to recognise the serious damage being inflicted, so that they take the action so urgently needed to make mobile wireless communications and other technologies that cause radiation fully compatible with the complex requirements of human health . . ."
