Wi-Fi Non-Consent Form with Context for use. The following NON-CONSENT FORM is a tool for parents who are concerned about the existence, or installation, of Wi-Fi networks or other wireless technologies in their children's schools.

Can be used with the Wi-Fi Statement of Accountability (Canadian Format)
or the Wi-Fi Statement of Accountability (U.S. Format)
